Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Keyview Photos LLC through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Service Description

Keyview Photos LLC provides real estate photography services, including but not limited to property photography, virtual tours, and related services. The specifics of the services will be outlined in the agreed-upon contract between Keyview Photos LLC and the client.

Booking and Payment

Clients must book services in advance through our website or by contacting Keyview Photos LLC directly. Payment terms will be detailed in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in a delay in the provision of services. Payment is required within 72 hours of the scheduled photoshoot. Appointments can be rescheduled either online or by contacting Keyview Photos directly. If a photoshoot is rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a last-minute rescheduling fee will be charged.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booking by providing a minimum of one days' notice. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or less, the client will be charged a cancelation fee of $75.00. Keyview Photos LLC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for multiple rescheduling requests.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with Keyview Photos LLC. Clients are granted a license to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property. Any unauthorized use of the images is strictly prohibited.

Image Delivery

Keyview Photos LLC will provide edited images to the client within 5 business days of the photo shoot, as specified in the service agreement. The delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the project.

Client Cooperation

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is adequately prepared for photography, including cleaning and tidying the property prior to the scheduled photoshoot. Keyview Photos LLC is not liable for suboptimal results if the property is not ready for the photo shoot, and reserves the right to reschedule a photoshoot should the property not be in an acceptable state upon photographer's arrival. Clients must provide clear access to all areas of the property. If a lockbox code, entry code, etc. is applicable, it must be provided to Keyview Photos LLC a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot.

Liability

Keyview Photos LLC is not liable for any damage to property during the photo shoot. Clients are advised to secure valuable or fragile items before the photographer arrives. Keyview Photos LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the final images that result from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Privacy

Keyview Photos LLC respects client privacy and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information to third parties without consent.

Attribution:
Any works provided by Keyview Photos LLC that are published are required to retain attribution in the form of "Photo by: Keyview Photos" or "Photography by Keyview Photos". Please notify Keyview Photos if the pictures will be published.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of both Arizona and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
